Insulated Wall Panels

CCB can provide you with the proper Insulated Panel System to fit all your construction needs, wheth it be for Exterior Walls, Interior Partitions, Cold Storage or Roof Systems. Thermal Performance is enhanced since there is not thru metal conductance from the Exterior to the Interior. For cold storage applications, the Std. Exterior / Interior finish is USDA approved. Panel-to-Panel Side-lap is completed with an Interlocking Tongue & Groove system with Concealed Clips & Fasteners.

This one-pass system provides a complete Exterior/Insulation/Interior Finish, while two-pass field installed systems will cost more and may not achieve the final results you are looking for.

Panel Notes:

1. Panel IP-1 has a Flat Embossed Exterior (22 Ga.) Facing.
2. Panels IP-2, IP-9 & IP-11 have the same Panel Configuration on both the Exterior & Interior Facing.
3. Panel 113-9 is used mainly for Interior Partition walls - not recommended for Exterior use.
4. Panels IP-2, 3, 4 &10 can be used in Cold Storage applications also.
5. Panel IP-12 can be used in either a Roof or Wall application.
6. Panel IP-I 0 is a Stainless Steel Panel used mainly in Food Processing and Wash Down areas and can have both facings Stainless or just the interior.
7. Panel IP-8 jas a Textured or Rock Coating applied to the Exterior Face to give it that EFIS appearance.
8. Panel IP-7 is a 1, 2 or 3 Hour Fire Rated - Mineral Core Fire Resistant Composite Panel.
9. Panel IP-13 is used in Roof applications only and requires a rented Field Seamer Kit.
10. Panel IP-11 has a Flat Embossed Exterior (22 Ga.) Facing and offers Multiple Reveal Dimensions.
11. Most Panels are Clip Fastened.
12. PLEASE INQUIRE - For Panel "R" Value Factors, Maximum Length of Panels, Panel Facing Gauges, whether Panels can be installed Horizontally or Vertically (unless noted above), Interior Ceiling applications, Cold Storage applications or if some of the Panels can also be thru-fastened.
