Curved & Jobsite Rolled Panels

When you have a project requiring the Panels, whether they be for a Roof or Wall application, you can order the material weeks in advance and the equipment can be scheduled to be on site in a matter of days. There is no guessing on the correct panel length, just measure, form it and then cut. Since there may be a minimum amount of waste, extra material can be cut and used for any Special trim requirements.

For long length panels, there is no need to pay for a stretch hauler and in numerous cases the panels can be run off directly onto the roof which eliminates the need of a crane to be on-site.

On many Panel Profiles, the machine will not only form the panels, but also curve them as required. Some of the benefits for Jobsite Forming & Curving are:

Panel Notes

1. Please inquire for Embossing, Material Gauge availability and Color selection.
2. Panels CJR-1 thru CJR-3 are factory curved - with limited radius limitations.
3. Panels CJR-4 is capable of being a field formed bent small radius during erection.
4. Panels CJR-5 thru CJR-8 are Jobsite Roll-Formed and Curved in the field with a factory supplied machine. Some panels may have a limited radius forming ability.
5. Panel CJR-9 can be field curved with a machine rented by the manufacturer to the erector for them to produce the panels.
