Jobsite Roll - Forming

With a jobsite roll-former you can order the material weeks in advance , and when the job is ready to measure, you can be on the job the next day. There is no guessing on the panel lengths; you can field measure and cut them to the exact length that is needed. There is no wasted material and no need to order extra panels in case you need them. If you order extra material, you can cut up the remainder of the coil and use it for flashings.

For long length panels there is no need for the extra cost of a stretch hauler. In a lot of cases the panels can be run off directly to the roof, eliminating the need to hoist the panels to the roof.

On certain profiles of panels, the machine can form the panel and the radius at the same time. This is a huge cost savings. It virtually cuts the fabrication time in half.

The benefits of job-site roll-formed panels are:

No wasted material No cutting of panels
No waiting for material

No lapping of panels

For radius roof panels in a lot of cases, no extra curving machine needed Place the panels from the machine directly on the roof
